Angel Cakes is run by prominent Hampshire & Surrey Wedding Cake Designer Jayne since 2006. She is renowned for her delectable home-baked cakes using top quality ingredients and fun approach to designing your wedding cake.

I offer such a huge range of cake flavours to enable me to cater for everyone including those with special dietary needs and offer a unique at home or venue based consultation service. 

“My first insight into baking was a child aged about 7, watching my Nan work in her tiny little kitchen in her London flat, whipping up the most beautifully delicious, melt in your mouth Chocolate Choux buns, it was a magical experience I avidly watched on a weekly basis!  There in was born my quest for the buttery, velvety sponge in some tantilising flavours. My own interest in cake design really took hold when I had children of my own and I threw myself into making novelty cakes for them, which dare I say it, was a whopping 25 years ago!

Angel Cakes was born in 2006 when I realised my real passion for weddings and specifically for helping couples create their dream cake! With divine flavours I’d created over the years; Goodbye Fruit Cake, Hello Bailey’s sponge! The reward for all my hard work is seeing the excitement on my bride and groom’s faces when they know their dreams will become reality and they can stun their guests with a magnificent centrepiece on their special day!

I love to listen and get to know my couples and create a fun and stress-free approach to cake design. My approachable method has resulted in me being asked to become a Recommended Supplier to many of the area’s top wedding venues including Old Thorns in Liphook, Lythe Hill in Haslemere, Marwell Hotel in Winchester, Audleys Wood in Basingstoke and The Queens Hotel in Portsmouth (to name just a few) for over a decade!” With over 25 years’ experience in baking and decorating cakes for every occasion including weddings, birthdays, corporate and other celebrations, I am in no doubt you will find the services I offer professional, friendly and most definitely unique.
